These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and FMAWH, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of Find Me a Web Host / FindHosting.ai at https://findmeawebhost.com and https://findhosting.ai and any related pages, features, and tools (collectively, the "Site").

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site is an independent web-hosting comparison and review service. We publish information, comparisons, ratings, and an AI assistant to help you research hosting providers and plans. We are not a hosting provider, reseller, broker, or agent of any provider, and we do not sell hosting or process payments. When you decide to purchase, you leave the Site and transact directly with the provider under that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

You do not need an account to use the Site. The Site is intended for your own informational and non-commercial use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Informational purpose; no professional advice

Content on the Site — including reviews, ratings, comparisons, pricing summaries, and AI-assistant responses — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, financial, technical, or purchasing advice, and it is not a recommendation that any particular product is suitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for evaluating providers and making your own decisions. Always verify the current details directly with the provider before purchasing.

4. Pricing, specifications, and accuracy

• Prices, promotional ("intro") rates, renewal rates, plan features, and specifications shown on the Site are set by the providers and can change at any time without notice.

• We display pricing — including the real first bill and the renewal price alongside any promotional monthly headline — on a best-effort, "as of" basis and may not always reflect a provider's latest terms.

• The price, terms, and details shown on the provider's own checkout govern. We are not responsible for discrepancies, errors, omissions, or out-of-date information, and a listing does not constitute an offer by us.

5. The AI assistant

The Site may offer an AI assistant that answers questions using only the Site's published catalog. The assistant can be inaccurate or incomplete, may not reflect the latest provider information, and its responses are informational only — Sections 3 and 4 apply fully to it. Do not rely on it as a substitute for verifying details with the provider. Do not submit sensitive personal information to the assistant. We may rate-limit, suspend, or disable the assistant at any time, including to manage abuse or cost.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;

• scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract Site content except as permitted by our published `robots.txt`, or use automated means to access the Site in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load;

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its administrative areas, accounts, systems, or networks, or probe or test their vulnerability;

• interfere with or disrupt the Site, circumvent security or rate-limiting features (including bot protection), or submit deceptive automated traffic;

• misuse affiliate links, generate artificial clicks or conversions, or otherwise attempt to manipulate our or any network's tracking or compensation;

• copy, reproduce, republish, frame, or redistribute Site content except as allowed in Section 8;

• introduce malware or use the Site to transmit unsolicited or harmful content.

We may investigate and take appropriate action — including blocking access — for any suspected violation.

7. Third-party providers, links, and content

The Site references and links to third-party hosting providers and other websites we do not control. Provider names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison purposes. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, content, availability, pricing, or practices, and a listing or link is not an endorsement beyond any editorial opinion we expressly state. Your dealings with any provider are solely between you and that provider.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its original content, design, text, graphics, compilations, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission, except that you may share ordinary links to Site pages.

9. Affiliate relationships

The Site contains affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you click through and sign up with a provider. This does not change the price you pay. Our editorial content and ratings are described in, and governed by, our Affiliate Disclosure, which you should read together with these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that information (including pricing and specifications) is accurate, complete, or current, or that any provider will meet your expectations. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Poodle Patch, LLC d.b.a. Find Me a Web Host AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, ANY RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, OR ANY DEALINGS WITH A THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poodle Patch, LLC d.b.a. Find Me a Web Host and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Changes to the Site and to these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; each update is published as a new, dated version, with prior versions available at stable URLs (see the version history linked from this page). Material changes take effect on the new version's effective date, and your continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Wayne Country, Michigan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, except where applicable mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
